Additive Engineering Solutions LLC has announced plans to expand its operations in Akron to advance its large-format polymer additive manufacturing (LFAM) solutions. The investment will strengthen the company’s ability to produce large-scale, 3D-printed parts for aerospace and industrial applications, supporting growth in an innovative and rapidly evolving industry. The project is supported with a $780,000 JobsOhio loan that will create ten new well-paying jobs and retain 19 positions.
Akron is recognized worldwide for its leadership in polymers, building on a rich legacy of innovation, research and manufacturing. AES’ expansion will further strengthen the region’s polymer sector, create new opportunities and support continued economic growth.
