On Call International, a travel risk management company, recently released a study that highlighted Cleveland as one of the best cities in the United States for being best equipped to host a productive and seamless business travel experience.
The organization’s “Business Travel Productivity Report” determined its rankings based on the following factors:
- Number of on-time flights
- Cost of lodging
- Reliability of mobile network coverage
- Traffic congestion levels
- Emergency room efficiency
