Park Place Technologies Expands Workforce in Northeast Ohio Headquarters

Growing technology company to add 150 new positions

Park Place Technologies, a global IT infrastructure services and solutions provider, today announced plans to expand its workforce in Mayfield Heights, adding 150 jobs to its existing local workforce of 467. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance at its meeting today.

Park Place Technologies has significantly increased its domestic and international operations through acquisitions and organic growth. The company provides critical IT infrastructure to organizations ranging from government, higher education and health care institutions to cloud service providers and Fortune 500 companies. In addition to its Mayfield Heights headquarters, Park Place Technologies also operates a warehouse in Solon, Ohio, with 20 employees.

“Park Place Technologies is committed to growth and innovation,” said Chris Adams, Park Place’s President and CEO. “Thanks to the support from JobsOhio, we can ensure that innovation is fueled by job creation and retention in our Cleveland HQ location. As the world continues to strive for a new normal following the emergence of COVID, we’re thrilled to commit to the Cleveland area and provide employment opportunities in a thriving technology sector for years to come.”

An economic development team comprised of JobsOhio, Team NEO and ODOD worked with company executives to ensure park Place Technologies grew its operations in Northeast Ohio.

“Park Place Technologies’ commitment to expand here is a testament to the Northeast Ohio Region’s diverse and talented workforce pipeline driving innovation well into the future,” said Team NEO CEO Bill Koehler, “Along with JobsOhio and our local partners, all of us at Team NEO look forward to supporting Park Place Technologies’ ongoing success.”
