Team NEO Appoints Peter W. Broer to its Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of Team NEO has appointed Peter W. Broer to the organization’s governing body. Broer is the president and CEO of Lumitex and joins a group of regional business leaders dedicated to advancing Northeast Ohio’s economy.
“As a leader of a successful technology company and chair of Team NEO’s Business Development Council, Peter will be an immediate contributor to our Board of Directors,” said Team NEO CEO Bill Koehler. “His understanding of economic development organizations and their vital link between technology innovation and economic prosperity will serve us and Northeast Ohio well.”

Peter W. Broer serves as President of Lumitex, Inc. He joined Lumitex on November 1, 1990. He served at McKinsey & Company, Cleveland, from 1983 to 1990. He is a member of the Advisory Board of The Entrepreneurs EDGE, Inc., board member of the Manufacturing Advocacy & Growth Network (MAGNET), and serves as the new chair on Team NEO’s Business Development Council. Broer earned a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA.
