Manufacturing continues to play a critical role in the region’s economic recovery, reports the second quarterly Cleveland Plus Economic Review of 2012. Northeast Ohio’s Instruments, Controls and Electronics (ICE) sector – the focus of this report – is contributing to this recovery and is an example of how the region is diversifying, evolving and growing its manufacturing base.
