Company plans to add 88 new positions to its workforce
R.E. Warner & Associates, providing engineering, architecture, and surveying services for the design of facilities and infrastructure in the industrial, utility, municipal and commercial sectors, has announced plans to expand their operations in the Northeast Ohio Region. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during its Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today. The company plans to add 88 new positions to its current staff.
“R.E. Warner is grateful for ODOD’s support of our expansion, and we thank ODOD, Team NEO and JobsOhio for their assistance in moving this project forward,” R.E. Warner & Associates President & CEO Ted Beltavski, PE said. “Our firm has grown rapidly over the last several years in response to our expanding client base, and we are in need of increased office space to accommodate this growth while still having room for continued expansion.”
R.E. Warner is experiencing significant growth in contracts within each of their markets, particularly in the utility market, manufacturing sector, and metals industry – the market that started the company over 70 years ago. Having maxed out the space at their current location, the company plans to relocate to an office nearby in North Olmsted, providing the company with the space needed to grow its operations while retaining its talented workers in Cuyahoga County. The new location also offers advantageous proximity to the airport, which is key as the firm frequently travels to and hosts clients located throughout the United States.
“R.E. Warner & Associates is an Ohio company that has established operations nationwide due to high demand for its services,” said J.P. Nauseef, JobsOhio president and CEO. “The company considered locations outside of Ohio but chose to continue growing in Cuyahoga County, where R.E. Warner & Associates will have the additional space to create 88 new jobs.”
“R.E. Warner & Associates’ decision to stay and grow in the Northeast Ohio Region means new jobs and additional revenue for the region and state,” added Team NEO Chief Executive Officer Bill Koehler. “Along with local partners, JobsOhio and ODOD, we are confident this industry leader will continue to grow and thrive in Northeast Ohio.”
