Risk International Expands Workforce Amidst Rapid Growth

Company to add 45 new jobs and retain 77 jobs in Ohio

Risk International, a leading independent provider of risk management consulting and employee benefits advisory services, announced plans to grow its employee base in Ohio by adding 45 new jobs, increasing its presence in Dublin and expanding its corporate headquarters in Fairlawn. The Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) approved the project for tax credit assistance during its Ohio Tax Credit Authority meeting today.

The company, delivering data-driven business solutions to optimize clients’ insurance and risk management programs, has experienced rapid growth. With a vision geared toward fostering job creation, promoting sustainable growth, and investing in comprehensive training programs, it plans to fortify its current presence in Ohio.

“Risk International’s expansion in Ohio marks a pivotal moment of growth and commitment for our company,” said Risk International Chief Executive Officer Todd Miller. “By deepening our roots in Dublin and strengthening our headquarters in Fairlawn, we’re not just expanding our footprint; we’re investing in local economies and fostering a culture of talent, innovation, and development within our team. This move reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence as we propel the company forward, making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.”

Risk International chose Ohio to grow its operations based on a thorough analysis of various compelling factors, a robust and dynamic insurance industry, that make Ohio an ideal location for business growth. By increasing its presence in Dublin and expanding its corporate headquarters in Fairlawn, Risk International is investing in Ohio’s economy, tapping into a pool of skilled professionals and fostering a culture of growth and development within the company.

“We and our partners at Team NEO and One Columbus welcome Risk International’s decision to expand in Fairlawn and Dublin, increasing its Ohio workforce by more than one-third,” said JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “The 45 new jobs coming to Risk International will play an essential role in meeting the growing demand from its clients, who will continue to benefit from the company’s Ohio talent that is fueling efficiencies and ingenuity throughout the insurance industry.”
