Tax Credits Approved with 660 New Northeast Ohio Jobs

On December 2, 2013, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved Job
Creation Tax Credits to facilitate the creation of 660 new
Northeast Ohio jobs and investments totaling nearly $126
million.

Companies receiving credits are in the advanced manufacturing
industries. Locations include Summit, Columbiana, Trumbull and
Cuyahoga counties.

The Job Creation Tax Credit (JCTC) is a refundable tax credit that
can be granted to companies with significant new job creation and
is applied toward the company’s Ohio commercial activity tax
