Team NEO Announces Staff Promotions
Team NEO is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacob Duritsky
to managing director, research, Camille Billups to senior director,
business attraction, Steve Fritsch to senior director, strategic
network engagement and Nina Holliday, senior director, marketing
and communications.
Team NEO is pleased to announce the promotion of Jacob Duritsky
to managing director, research, Camille Billups to senior director,
business attraction, Steve Fritsch to senior director, strategic
network engagement and Nina Holliday, senior director, marketing
and communications.
Duritsky, who joined Team NEO five years ago in the research
department, most recently headed up the efforts
of the emerging energy sector for business attraction. He will
manage Team NEO’s research staff and the growing scope of
research efforts within Team NEO.
Billups has been focusing her efforts on identifying and pursuing
minority-owned business attraction opportunities to grow Northeast
Ohio’s diversity in the business community. In addition, she
manages and executes other select business attraction projects. She
will continue in this capacity and also act as the liaison for
business development partner initiatives.
Fritsch will be responsible for network development and engagement
for the regional business development group. He will create a more
collaborative and interactive approach to increase effectiveness of
the system. He will continue in his capacity of regional
coordination of business retention and expansion opportunities.
In Holliday’s nine years at Team NEO, she has worked in the
marketing and communications department. In her current role she
develops and directs the implementation of marketing and
communications strategies, programs and initiatives to inform,
motivate and engage in-region stakeholders and external audiences
in target markets and channels. She promotes the assets of
Northeast Ohio and the value and mission of Team NEO.

Duritsky has been with Team NEO since 2008. He joined as a research
associate and most recently served as an integral part of the
organization’s business attraction efforts, focusing on the
advanced energy sector. Previously he was a graduate and research
assistant for The Center for Public Management/Great Lakes
Environmental Finance Center. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban
Studies from Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs,
Cleveland State University, where he also holds a Master of Science
in Urban Studies. Jacob is currently pursuing his Doctoral of
Economic Development from Cleveland State. He is a member or the
Urban Studies Association, American Economics Association and
American Planning Association.
Billups, who joined Team NEO in 2008, has managed numerous projects
to successful conclusions for the organization. She joined Team NEO
with eight years of deal execution experience in the banking
industry. While at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase) and Societe
Generale, she structured and helped to sell Asset Backed
Securitization bonds in a variety of industries. She holds a
bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Albion College
and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Maxine Goodman
Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State
University.
Fritsch rejoined Team NEO in late 2011. Previously, he served as a
business systems analyst for agency automation at Westfield
Insurance in Westfield Center. Prior to this he was Team
NEO’s director of marketing and business attraction. Fritsch
earned a bachelor of arts and sciences degree from Kent State
University. He has served on the board of directors of the
Ohio Economic Development Association and the Industrial Asset
Management Council Demographics Committee and most recently was
recognized for his excellence in economic development with the
profession’s “40 Under 40” award.
Holliday joined Team NEO in 2004 in the organization’s
start-up phase. Previously she was regional marketing supervisor
for Alltel where she managed public relations, events/
sponsorships, sports marketing, crisis management, employee
communications, community relations and philanthropic giving for a
five-state region. She was also a senior account executive with
Liggett-Stashower, Inc., which at the time was one of the largest
communications companies in the Midwest. Holliday holds a
bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baldwin-Wallace
College.
