As the company evaluated options for growth, it considered both its existing Aurora complex and out-of-state alternatives. Team NEO partnered with Pyrotek to help build the business case for Northeast Ohio, which included securing strategic incentive support. As a result of this partnership, the company chose to expand here in Portage County.
