Having a diverse, robust workforce not only impacts communities of color – it lifts our entire region. In the Northeast Ohio Region, we strive to create a vibrant economy: one that has a talented, diverse workforce; is prosperous, resilient, innovative, and competitive; and has equitable opportunities and outcomes for all. This year, Team NEO has narrowed the scope of this report to focus on minority students in higher education and science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) pathways.
