Kevin K. Johnson: Community leadership is critical, it’s probably part of my DNA. When I came back to Cleveland almost 20 plus years ago it was really important to actually dig in and get involved in what makes a difference here in Northeast Ohio across the spectrum. That means from business all the way into the community. Vibrant communities means there’s life, there’s opportunities for people to engage at a very very local level in addition to adding to what happens at a larger level. I’m driven by trying to create outcomes that are really important to as team Neo says bend the curve we really want to bend that curve so that this region can be an exceptional region. One of the things I would say to future generations of leaders is that your time is now. Leadership is a matter of your skill set and your interest in getting involved to be recognized by team Neo is exceptional and I greatly appreciate that honor.
