Team NEO is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design and develop VEI 2.0, a dynamic, next-generation data and storytelling platform that will strengthen our ability to make a compelling business case for Northeast Ohio. VEI 2.0 will enhance how we communicate regional performance by combining credible analytics, engaging narrative tools, and transparent data in a unified, intuitive digital experience.
Building on our existing Vibrant Economy Indicators (VEI) platform, the next iteration will deliver a more modern, interactive, and user-friendly environment – one that seamlessly integrates data visualization, storytelling, and benchmarking. The platform should empower Team NEO and our partners to communicate both quantitative results and qualitative progress, connecting indicators to real economic outcomes across the region. VEI 2.0 will serve not only as a trusted data resource, but also as a powerful marketing and engagement asset, helping showcase Northeast Ohio as a destination for investment, innovation, and talent.
This initiative directly supports Team NEO’s broader “Bend the Curve by 2030” strategy and aligns with the six pillars of economic vitality: Talent, Equity, Innovation, Resilience, Competitiveness, and Prosperity.
