2024 Aligning Opportunities Event
Team NEO’s annual event, Aligning Opportunities, was held at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on October 24th, celebrating the release of the 8th edition of Aligning Opportunities, a data-rich research report to equip the Northeast Ohio Region’s education, talent, and workforce ecosystems with insights into the state of current and emerging needs of our region’s employers.
A panel discussion focused on prominent local businesses dealing with today’s labor issues. Attendees gained insights from local business professionals on creative and innovative solutions to address today’s rapidly evolving talent challenges that can help bridge the talent gap and prepare organizations for the future.
